Design Process

 

INSPIRATION

My inspiration for this brand came from apothecary bottles and labels. We decided to take this direction because it was reminiscent of the origin of pop being used as a medicinal treatment. I also wanted to incorporate bubbles in some way.

 

ABOUT CLIENT

Falderal is a local beverage company that specializes in non-alcoholic “handcrafted non-sense of the liquid variety.”

They wanted a logo that spoke to the whimsical and effervescent nature of old fashioned soda pop.

 

FINAL DESIGN

The final design of the logo is a marriage of the vintage aesthetic of an apothecary, and the light hearted whimsey of the bubbles and jostled lettering.
